Maybe I’ve Made a Mistake

Perhaps travelling to this part of the province to cycle in mid-May is too early. The weather has turned nasty cold temperatures, incredibly strong winds with rain, sleet and even snow at times. Not the kind of weather anyone wants to set off to cycle a two lane highway with little to no paved shoulder, lots of climbs and transport trucks. We are staying put for another day. Weather is suppose to improve in a day or so. I will keep you posted.

Tonight we are staying at the Wawa RV Resort and Campground. Nice lady that checked us in, assume the owner. When she learned what we were doing she immediately said she was donating the campsite for the night. Campground is nice, great showers, swimming pool (to early in the season and way to cold to take advantage), nice sites.
